All our designer blends use only the finest Arabica beans imported from all over the world, and are freshly roasted right here in Brisbane.

Coffee

Short black: This shot of deep, rich coffee possess a thick golden creama.                                            

Ristretto: “Restricted” to a 30ml shot. Toss it back and wait for the jolt.                                                      

Long black:  As you like it. Mild, medium or strong.                                                                                      

Espresso macchiato: “Marked” or “Stained” with a splash of foamy milk. Short or Long.                  

Espresso con panna: Espresso with a shot of pouring cream. Short or Long.                                    

Romano: Espresso served with a slice of lemon on the side. Short or Long.                                              

Vienna: Espresso served in a glass and topped with whipped cream. Short or Long.                               

Affogato: An Italian classic. Ice Cream drowned in espresso. Short or Long.                                            

Coffee on the rocks: Hot Espresso served over ice and sugar. (Bitters optional).                              

with Milk

Cappuccino: A shot of Espresso, filled with frothy milk, crowned with more froth and chocolate            

Cappuccio: The way it’s made in Italy. One third coffee and two-thirds creamy frothed milk.                   

Flat white: A shot of Espresso filled with creamy hot milk.                                                                             

Caffe latte: Served in a tall glass, resulting in a milder, milky coffee.                                                           

Latte macchiato: A tall glass of foamy milk, stained with a restricted 15ml shot of Espresso. 

Caffe Mélange: Double shot of Espresso, topped with hot milk, crowned with whipped cream.             

Caffe con panna: To cut it short, a Caffe latte crowned with whipped cream.                                          

Mochaccino: Equal parts of Espresso and chocolate, served in a tall glass, filled with frothy                 

milk and dusted with chocolate.

Affogato di cioccalata: Melted chocolate with frothy milk served with a cup of ice cream.                

Italian hot chocolate: Thick textured milk chocolate, with a delicious flavour.                            

Creamy Italian: Italian hot chocolate, crowned with whipped cream.                                                         

Iced chocolate: Chocolate served with cold milk, ice cream, whipped cream and cocoa                       

Cold Coffee

Iced coffee: Cold Espresso, milk, a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream and cocoa.                                                  

Coffee milkshake: Cold Espresso blended with milk and ice cream.                                                      

Gourmet coffee milkshake: Add a shot of your favourite flavour.                                                    

Iced caffe latte: Cold Espresso blended with double ice cream, milk and a dash of vanilla.                   

Iced mocha: Like an Iced coffee but has equal parts of chocolate.                                                             

Teas

Chai latte: Frothy milk served with a shot of tea extract, spiced with cinnamon, cloves and ginger.            

Black Teas: drying green tea leaves and then applying hot air to stop the oxidization process

English Breakfast - A blend of aromatic Ceylon teas makes this traditional cup.
